Medicasimple provides you with the ability to offer online appointments to your patients. This process might take some time, but once the settings are configured, you can easily send the online appointment link to your patients.
Go to the "Settings - Online Appointment Settings" section. Here, you can view and edit the names of the previously created online appointment links.
If you haven't created one before or if you want to create a different online appointment link, first go to the Settings - Online Appointment Settings section. Click on the "+ Add Group" button. In the window that opens, you need to specify a name for the link you are going to create. After setting the name, click on "Create" to generate the link.
After creating our link, we need to configure and set the appointment options for our patients. The next step is to click on the name of the created appointment link to access the area where we will configure the appointment types.
Click on the "Add Online Appointment Treatment" button. In the window that opens, you can specify the treatment, treatment duration, the doctor performing the treatment, the frequency of appointment slots, and the date until which appointments can be selected.
We have completed our online appointment settings. You can use the online appointment link you created at every point of contact with your patients. You can either integrate it with your own website or send the link via SMS to enable your patients to book appointments.
