On the calendar page, to schedule an appointment, the doctor for whom the appointment will be created must be selected. A doctor who is not selected will not be listed on the calendar. To ensure that the doctor is selected, you can follow the steps in the video below.
First, click on the eye icon in the calendar tab to select the doctor(s) you wish to view.
In this way, we can filter our appointment doctors on the calendar as desired. However, sometimes not all doctors' names may be visible in this section. This is because they might not be selected in the "Appointment Doctors" section.
So, how can we select "Appointment Doctors"? The following video shows how users can select the doctors they want to display.
By following the shown steps, you will be able to view all doctors on the calendar screen. However, if you are not authorized by the administrator, you may not see this area at the top. In this case, your administrator can make the necessary adjustments for you, or you can request authorization for access to this area.
